The Email Experience Council is the sole owner of the information collected on our website. We do not sell, share or rent this information to third parties or partners. The information collected on our site is used exclusively to determine the most appropriate information to present or send to those who request it.

- Email newsletter or opt-in submissions: Requires visitors to give us contact information including email address, and name.
- Membership Requests: This information is used only to screen potential council members and contact them.
- Log Files: We use IP addresses to monitor our site and collect aggregate data for future use. IP addresses are anonymous and are not linked to any individual's personal information.
- Cookies: The Email Experiance Council uses session ID cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. Session ID cookies expire when you close your browser.
- Client-side cookies are also used to track and measure the success of a particular marketing campaign. Cookies are in no way linked to any personally identifiable information.

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our mmbers is of utmost concern to us.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

All email sent by The Email Experience Council will contain clear and concise instructions (such as clicking on the link at the bottom of an email) for how to opt-out of receiving future communications.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them.

BIG BOOTH BINGO OFFICIAL RULES
Eligibility:
The eec, LLC’s Big Booth Bingo is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the eec, which will be final.
Entry:
To enter just complete the Big Booth Bingo card at the DMA’s annual show, and fill-in your contact information – name, email address, and company.

To Win:
Every player who completes a Bingo card is a winner. Winners will be notified upon receipt of their completed card. If the information you is not true or incomplete, or the email address you registered with is not working, you will not be eligible to win. No cash redemption, assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize may be permitted.
Prizes:
Prizes will be chosen upon receipt of all completed Bingo cards.
General Conditions:
eec, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be submitting multiple cards, providing any false or misleading or incomplete information, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Big Booth Bingo game; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, disparage, harass, harm, or threaten or any other person or group. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users with the same e-mail account, the decision of the eec is final.
Limitations of Liability:
If, for any reason, the game is not capable of running as planned by reason of legal impediments, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the eec, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this game, the eec reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the game and/or select the winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken. IN NO EVENT WILL THE EEC, OR ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR MARKETING AGENCIES OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE.
